These Terms and Conditions apply to all events organised by G Star Entertainment (the “Organiser”).
By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. General Information
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all events organised by the Organiser.
1.2 The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove, any person who breaches these Terms and Conditions or behaves in a manner deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
2. Admission, Tickets, and Refunds
2.1 All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled and no postponement date is provided.
2.2 Tickets are non-transferable and must be presented for scanning at the point of entry.
2.3 Upon entry, tickets will be scanned and exchanged for a wristband. Once a ticket barcode has been scanned, it cannot be used again.
2.4 The first scanned ticket to arrive at the event will be admitted. Any subsequent duplicate barcode will be denied entry. Tickets should be treated like cash; the Organiser accepts no responsibility for unauthorised duplication.
2.5 Tickets may not be used for any marketing, media, or promotional purposes without prior written consent from the Organiser.
2.6 The name on the ticket must match valid ID. Ticket holder names may be updated once only after purchase.
2.7 If an event is cancelled, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. Booking and processing fees are non-refundable.
2.8 Wristbands that are removed, tampered with, lost, or missing will be deemed invalid and will not be replaced.
3. Age Restrictions & Identification
3.1 Some events may allow minors; this will be clearly stated in event marketing and ticketing information.
3.2 For 18+ events, no minors will be permitted entry under any circumstances.
3.3 Accepted ID includes:
Photocopies or digital images of ID will not be accepted.
3.4 Minors attempting entry with fraudulent ID may be refused entry, blacklisted from future events, and reported to NZ Police.
3.5 Where minors are permitted, the ticket purchaser must declare the number of under-18 attendees.
3.6 All attendees will be ID checked on entry. Under-18s will receive a distinct wristband identifying them as minors and restricting alcohol service.
3.7 The ticket purchaser must be over 18 and is responsible for supervising any minors they bring to the event.
4. Behaviour and Conduct
4.1 Harassment, discrimination, violence, or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated.
4.2 The Organiser reserves the right to remove any person without refund and to ban them from future events.
4.3 Serious incidents may be referred to NZ Police or emergency services.
5. Alcohol and Licensing
5.1 All events are held at licensed venues.
5.2 No BYO alcohol is permitted. Any unauthorised alcohol may be confiscated.
5.3 The venue and its staff are solely responsible for the sale and service of alcohol in accordance with NZ liquor laws.
5.4 Intoxicated persons will not be served alcohol and may be removed from the event.
6. Prohibited Items
6.1 Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

6.3 Attendees may surrender prohibited items prior to search. Items found after entry may be confiscated and not returned, and entry may be refused or revoked.
7. Filming and Photography
7.1 Personal photography and filming are permitted provided they do not disrupt other patrons.
7.2 Commercial photography or filming requires prior written approval from the Organiser.
7.3 Photography is prohibited in welfare, medical, security, police, and backstage areas.
7.4 Equipment that obstructs views or causes disruption may be restricted or removed.
7.5 By entering the event, attendees consent to the use of their image by the Organiser for promotional, marketing, and media purposes without compensation.
8. Health, Safety & Searches
8.1 Attendees must comply with all health and safety instructions, signage, and directions from event staff.
8.2 As a condition of entry, attendees may be subject to bag checks and security searches.
8.3 Refusal to comply with security procedures may result in denied entry or removal without refund.
9. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability
9.1 Attendance at events is at the attendee’s own risk. Events may involve inherent risks including crowd movement, loud noise, lighting effects, weather exposure, alcohol consumption, and interaction with other patrons.
9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, the Organiser, venue operators, artists, employees, contractors, and agents accept no liability for loss, damage, theft, delay, cost, injury, illness, death, or inconvenience suffered at the event.
9.3 Personal injury may be covered by New Zealand’s Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC). Except where liability cannot legally be excluded, all other liability is excluded.
9.4 The Organiser is not responsible for medical expenses, lost income, travel or accommodation costs, or consequential loss.
9.5 Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law.
10. Force Majeure
10.1 The Organiser shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including extreme weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, transport disruption, or artist illness.
10.2 The Organiser may postpone, relocate, modify, or cancel the event in such circumstances.
11. Event Changes & Artist Line-Up
11.1 The Organiser reserves the right to change the event programme, artist line-up, set times, or running order.
11.2 Artist cancellations or substitutions do not constitute grounds for a refund.
12. Weather Policy
12.1 Events proceed rain or shine unless deemed unsafe by the Organiser or authorities.
12.2 Weather conditions do not constitute grounds for a refund.
13. Evacuation & Emergencies
13.1 In the event of an emergency or evacuation, attendees must follow all instructions from event staff and emergency services.
13.2 Failure to comply may result in removal from the event.
14. Personal Property
14.1 The Organiser accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
15. Policy Updates
15.1 The Organiser may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
15.2 Changes take effect immediately upon publication.
15.3 Continued attendance constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
